Physical Focus: Grounding so that you can see yourself and your personal relationships more clearly from a place of the present moment; movements centered on the heart, psoas and upper chest, as well as your root and solar plexus areas. As usual, if anything doesn't feel right for YOUR body right now, you're welcome to take a shape that you like until we move on to something else.

Theme: Favoring a Savoring Mindset
Physical Focus: Balances, Backbends, Moments of Rest, Exteroceptive then Interoceptive Self-Compassionate Body Scan. Bringing it all together for a practice that explores unnecessary striving, healthy challenge, noticing and perhaps even savoring. You have opportunities to tune in to your body and decide what you feel would be a healthy challenge, moment or pause or unnecessary effort for you in different shapes. Ending with an extended relaxation and reflection exercise.
