Theme: Favoring a Savoring Mindset

Physical Focus: Balances, Backbends, Moments of Rest, Exteroceptive then Interoceptive Self-Compassionate Body Scan. Bringing it all together for a practice that explores unnecessary striving, healthy challenge, noticing and perhaps even savoring. You have opportunities to tune in to your body and decide what you feel would be a healthy challenge, moment or pause or unnecessary effort for you in different shapes. Ending with an extended relaxation and reflection exercise.
