Our collaboration begins with a one-hour to 75-minute Zoom call. We will get to know each other, discuss any relevant history to help us co-create safe and beneficial yoga therapy sessions for you, go over your goals and reasons for coming to yoga therapy and talk about the practicalities of yoga therapy sessions.

Emily offers the following styles of yoga: trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive, restorative, hatha, slow-to-moderate vinyasa, embodied yin, breathwork and pranayama, visualization, contemplation, mindfulness and other practices or a combination of these!
