In order to apply for any group or private sessions, memberships, workshops or courses, you are required to complete the website's registration form. This allows YWURP to assess your needs and the safety of your participation in these offerings. As a result, your personal data must be processed. It is only processed if YWURP has a legal basis for doing so.
The categories of personal data that YWURP collects and processes when you complete the registration form on the website are as follows:
Contact data. YWURP processes personal data which is necessary to get in touch with you after your registration, such as your name and email address.
Experience data. YWURP processes personal data which is necessary to verify your experience with the practices offered and requested.
Preference data. YWURP processes personal data which is necessary to understand your preferences and wishes for our practice together. Collaborators
In the event that a session, workshop or course you request to participate in will be offered in collaboration with another provider, your contact details will be shared with them so that they are aware of who their students are and how they can get in touch with them. Your experience, preference and health and medical data may be shared with them, if there is legitimate interest and use to do so, so that they can adapt their lessons accordingly and provide you with safer and more personalized guidance.
Service providers
Your personal data may be shared with YWURP's service providers, such as parties engaged to provide and support YWURP's services or assist in protecting YWURP's systems and other business-related functions. YWURP will ensure your data is only being used in a way similar to, or for a similar purpose, as the purpose for which your personal data has been gathered and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any legal obligation.

Your contact data will be stored for a maximum of six months after you have completed your last session, workshop or course, or as long as you give YWURP consent to stay in touch with you. If our interaction ends abruptly for whatever reason, six months after our last contact, your information will be erased. YWURP values staying in touch with you, yet this desire must be mutual and YWURP always asks for your consent. In case you decide not to participate in one of YWURP's offerings, do not qualify for participation or it is determined that participation is not in your current best interest health-wise, financially or for any other reason, your contact details will be stored for a maximum of two weeks after our last correspondence unless otherwise requested by you.
Experience data. Your experience data will be stored for a maximum of six months after you have completed your last session, workshop or course, or as long as you give YWURP consent to stay in touch with you. In case you decide not to participate in one of YWURP's offerings, do not qualify for participation or it is determined that participation is not in your current best interest health-wise, financially or for any other reason, your contact details will be stored for a maximum of two weeks after our last correspondence unless otherwise requested by you.
Preference data. Your preference data will be stored for a maximum of six months after you have completed your last session, workshop or course, or as long as you give YWURP consent to stay in touch with you. In case you decide not to participate in one of YWURP's offerings, do not qualify for participation or it is determined that participation is not in your current best interest health-wise, financially or for any other reason, your contact details will be stored for a maximum of two weeks after our last correspondence, unless otherwise requested by you.
In addition, YWURP has a legitimate reason to store your data longer in case it is necessary to establish, or to properly deal with, legal claims, investigations or lawsuits. Where possible, YWURP will store this data in its offline, encrypted archive and not in its day-to-day systems.
Your personal data will be stored on a local storage device, wherever virtual services are being offered at a given time (mostly in the United States and Europe).
Changes to This Privacy Policy
YWURP reserves the right to modify this statement. It is recommended that you consult this statement on a regular basis, so that you remain informed of any changes.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to view and change the personal data that has been collected from you. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
