Theme: Unnecessary Striving, Healthy Challenges, Moments of Noticing & Savoring in Personal Relationships
Physical Focus: Grounding so that you can see yourself and your personal relationships more clearly from a place of the present moment; movements centered on the heart, Psoas and upper chest, as well as your root and solar plexus areas. As usual, if anything doesn't feel right for YOUR body right now, you're welcome to take a shape that you like until we move on to something else.
