They are a complement to these, and I take a collaborative approach to whole-person wellbeing. This means I can work in conjunction with and in support of your other chosen health partners and you!

Yoga Where U R Planted looks at your health and wellness from a multi-dimensional perspective. Drawing upon diverse modalities, we explore how breath, movement, reflection, light-heartedness and savoring, restorative, assimilation and mindfulness practices can safely fit into your unique life.
Somatically-based activities and mindset work have been proven as an effective pathway in regulating and toning your nervous system and can pair well with or following more traditional medical or psychological support for a variety of conditions and general wellness, if needed.
You can develop these tools for you and take them wherever you go.
They will be yours. They won't be just a bunch of words or postures. They will be concrete practices that you can tap into where you are. Now and in the future. You can begin to feel capable and at ease with them, modifying them to your choice and your needs.
